For the Spring/Summer 2016 offering, Kolor designed a men’s military ambiance of green anorak and camouflage-patterned parkas, comfortable high-waist shorts and trapeze female dresses. Every part of the Kolor silhouettes is equally dressed – sometimes oversized, fulfilling the designer’s respect of correspondence.
When Kolor’s Junichi Abe refers to his fashion house, the Japanese designer likes to point out the obvious notions of balance and harmony. Balance is perceived as the brand’s foundation but is also Kolor’s ambition every single season. For this offering, with an eye for chic sportswear, the right combination of colors and the Maison de la Radio location flooded with light, Abe drew a new kind of attention to the Parisian-based brand.
