Trailer: Nick Cave’s 20,000 Days on Earth

24 hours in the life of Australian musician and cultural icon Nick Cave, who could ask for anything more?

The film, directed by Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard, provides a fictionalized look into Cave’s 20,000th day of being alive with the film’s focus being on how a song can grow from simply a fleeting thought to a full on-stage performance.

Alongside Nick Cave, the film stars Susie Cave, Warren Ellis, Darian Leader, Ray Winstone, Blixa Bargeld, and Kylie Minogue.

Screenings across the globe have been rolling out since June but you can see the film in theaters in August-September across select screens in Australia, Europe and the US.
