Drowners video for “Luv, Hold Me Down,” gives a peek into the non stop touring lives of the New York City rockers. Directed by Pete Voelker, the group take on the usual touring activities: lighting things on fire, jumping off of roofs into pools, eating horrible food and giving home-made tattoos for memories and for fun.

The tune which is as catchy as it is nostalgic (think of Morissey meets The Strokes) features lead singer, Matt Hitt crooning “I don’t live my life like you do” which is very apparent, and almost jealousy inducing.

The debut album from Drowners will be released on January 28th via Frenchkiss Records but until then you can purchase their EP Between us Girls on iTunes.
