Marching Church, the side project of Elias Bender Rønnenfelt from the band Iceage, has just announced their sophomore album Telling It Like It Is. And with the announcement they have released a self-directed video for their latest single Heart of Life, which stays true to the band’s casual style, while the song sounds like, as Elias once described on of his other songs, “like is being dragged across the ground or smoldered in a bonfire.” Although, we’re not exactly sure what that means, the result is just great to listen to. Nick Cave vibes all the way.

Telling It Like It Is is set to be released on Sacred Bones on October 28th.
