Watch: John John Florence’s Short Films

John John Florence, the 21 year old American surfer who in 2006 at age 16 became the youngest surfer to compete at the Van’s Triple Crown and in 2011 was the youngest person to win it, has another talent – a penchant to create beautiful short films about his travels.

Last year he released DONE, an award winning surfing film in collaboration with filmmaker Blake Vincent Kueny, and now the team continues to expand on the success of that film with a series of short films. From skateboarding, snowboarding, and of course surfing, John John is now a rising star athlete who may soon also become an auteur of sport documentaries.

Below are all of his short films to date.
